Subject: Creating position of Female physiotherapist at Khar hospital Bajaur

Sir,

       With reverence it is humbly stated that I basically belong to Bajaur khar, being fortunate enough I studied my way out of the hard pakhtun culture where females are considered to be treasured at home. The lack of proper education in females especially in medical field left my mothers and sisters on the mercy of male technicians and doctors. How a man when not allowing his daughters basic education, will allow her a male doctor. This results in females slowly vanishing to death at home. In the field of medical I am obliged to serve my kin at my homeland but the male dominant society hinders. The Physiotherapy Department at Dist. Head Quarter hospital Khar Bajaur has no female vacancy and the suffering females are compelled to see a male physiotherapist. Physiotherapy is a touch and heal kind of treatment that’s why most of females and their guardians do not allow this treatment through male hands. Therefore, kindly create positions for females so they can apply and serve for better good.
