Sir,

          With respect it is humbly stated that unfortunately I became the victim of the prevailing disease i.e., Dengue. My condition was not good and I had to stay in hospital for 24/7 monitoring. Basically, I am from Chitral and live-in hostel here, being alone in the city was the only reason I could not inform the office in time of my condition and admission. Therefore, kindly accept my plea of late informing and consider it my medical leave.
