One of the most important
things to do when you have back pain is to keep moving. Mixing with gentle

THE MOST COMMON CAUSES OF BACK PAIN
The most common causes of
back pain are due to tight muscles (knuckles) and joints that do not move much

Back pain due to menstruation
Women experience back and
