            With reverence, it is humbly stated that we are faculty of this university. Faculty is considered to be the back bone of every educational institution. They are the builders who build the mindset, career and character of a student.  One can do his job well with peace of mind, it can only happen when facilitated with deserved incentives. We started our career here with promises of rise in financial benefits but experienced otherwise. Most of us were deprived of the last year annual increment and we worry that the same should not happen this year. Therefore, we request that the honorable authority award us the belated and coming increments. This will reduce our financial worries and make us able to stand to the daily increasing inflation in this country, and focus on our job completely.
