          With due respect it is stated that I am lecturer here. Fortunately, with the consent of parents and the blessing of Almighty Allah, I am to be married in this month. The function and arrangement will require my presence and full attention even after marriage date. This excuse will require my absence from the university for some days i.e., from 22 to 26 Nov 20xx.
