My Demerits



My demerits are sleeping a lot and getting hyper in an instant. I admit that sleeping is good for health but my sleeping consumes me age. Sometimes when I lay down, I wake up after a day or two. Results in missing my classes and Prayers. Which is a fatal loss. Secondly, my short temper rules me, and I am fed-up of my self to get angry in an instant and sometimes without any reason. I have decided now to change my routine and behavior by waking up early in the morning and offer my prayer and I will carry a little mirror with me so that whenever I am angry, I can look into that, therapist says it can rid of anger.
