Sir,

          With reverence it is humbly stated that I am Lecturer in the department of (Name). Unfortunately, with a heavy heart I am to inform you that I intend to quit my job. The sole reason of leaving is my infant child who I can’t manage and take care with job. This writing is the notice (one month Prior) plus my intended resignation which will calculatedly fall and happen on 12-11-20XX. I have no words to explain the parting grief I am having now from this organization, fellow colleagues and my dear students. I hope to carry in my heart the love and respect I earned and the experience I gained here. Hope that the respected heads will see me off with blessing and a certificate of experience to help me float in future.
